  The painting was sold for $450 million in 2017. Note the crystal orb Christ holds in his left hand, which is easily missed at a cursory glance at the picture.

  What I love about the above painting is the masculine expression and broad chest exhibiting power and authority. We can almost hear those Biblical words of command: Love others as I have loved you. If we cannot love "our enemies" we can try not to make them and we can try to respect the human race as a whole and people we come across in our everyday lives. So feel free if you send an art work to describe your own feelings and thoughts about it.
