From a child with a tantrum to "depressed" individual adults, ADHD has become a number one best seller on the Making Excuses List. Once a new "disorder" has been invented, then there is a stream of pharmaceuticals to "combat" it.
Perhaps we simply need to think again. There will be howls of protest at the suggestion of simplicity as a cure. "I've got it and no one's gonna take it away." But depression need not be clinical. It's much more likely to start off as being disgruntled about an issue. The disgruntlement leads to complaints and blaming. The brow furrows and depression becomes deep depression which then is diagnosed as ADHD. Simple.
So. How do we beat depression, the chief attribute to our friend the ever popular ADHD?
